04. Quote

Generating a project estimate.

We provide you with a comprehensive, fully detailed estimate outlining dates, times, materials as well as your final design. This presentation is suitable for sharing among any and all contributors to the process on your end. Once an estimate is approved by you and we have received your invoiced deposit, now we are ready to produce the concept.

05. Production

Producing the concept.

Our production team will bring the concept to reality. We will share with you clarifications, more details and give you a comprehensive calendar that keeps you involved in our process from raw materials ordering, to graphic templates, to in house or photo-documented prep approvals, to shipping dates and anything else you would want to know.

06. Delivery

Exhibit delivery.

Once we have established a ship date and invoice balances are satisfied, we prepare and ship all of your trade show materials directly to the show. We utilize local warehouse services in different cities and have staff at every venue to ensure quality control. Our on-site personnel will then transition to installation and setup for your exhibit. We invite the client to be as interactive as they like during this stage as their input is of great value, but relax we do all the work.

07. Return

Return of materials & after-action.

We will take care of getting all your display materials returned safely and efficiently. Whether you rent or own, store with us or store elsewhere we will take care of all the details. A few days after the event has concluded we process a report inviting you to comment on some of our observations. We document ways to make the next show even better and invite you to let us know how we can help to further optimize your experience for the next trade show, convention or event.
